- Product broken due to transportation
- Product has the wrong design compared to the order
- Product expired
Return product conditions:
- The returned product must be the same as the product you purchased in Seyoul (as determined by the invoice or purchase phone number)
- The product is unused, the packaging and labels are still intact (there is a personal error from the buyer)
- The product will be notified of the return within 24 hours from the time of purchase at the store or for delivery orders, from the time the product is received
