1. Delivery time
Delivery takes 3 - 7 days after ordering
2. Order confirmation time
- Delivery time starts from the time the Seyoull staff confirms your order.
- Orders sent to Seyoul before 10:00 a.m., Seyoul staff will confirm the same day and deliver to the courier on the same day.
- Orders sent after 10:00 a.m., Seyoul staff will confirm and deliver to the courier on the next business day (except Sunday Tet Holiday)
3. Product Inspection Policy
Seyoul is committed to providing a perfect shopping experience with professional delivery services:
- Order confirmation: After placing an order on the website www.seyoul-bd.com, you will receive an email confirming the order details and a confirmation line from the customer service department.
- Shipping: The order will be sent to the address provided by the customer via the intermediary shipping unit .
- Inspection and payment: When receiving the goods, please check the product information carefully and pay the correct amount according to the invoice.
*Note:
- Seyoul does not support joint inspection, but you can return the goods for free within 14 days after receiving the goods.
- In case of refusing to receive the goods, you will be charged a return fee equal to the shipping cost of the ordered goods.
- For convenience in returning goods, please record a video when opening the product and keep the product packaging intact. Seyoul does not support the return of damaged goods due to customer errors.
- When receiving the goods, please check the product code and the accessories provided carefully (if any).
